Sitzo: Writing with Place

si'tzo': concept of body that carries a sense of intimate relationship with the land. From Amuzgo: "flesh-earth," a term derived from the story of humanity being created from and made of soil.
Join us for a generative workshop in placemaking-the practice of building relationships with place wherever one goes (even if constantly moving), fostering care and intentionality in getting to know a region. Together we will get acquainted with our surroundings, write, and converse. This is a free event. All are welcome.
